Chief Business Transformation Officer
Rob Muller serves as chief business transformation officer for the American Cancer Society. In this newly created strategic addition to the American Cancer Society Executive Team, Rob plays a pivotal in shaping the organization's future by expanding our programs' reach and mission impact while staying agile in a rapidly changing business landscape. Rob partners closely with the Executive Team and associated cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute new business opportunities.
As 大象tv’ first-ever chief business transformation officer, Rob is responsible for creating a road map and growth strategy, identifying new revenue streams, evaluating, and accelerating business transformation opportunities, and forging partnerships with adjacent industry organizations. In addition, Rob leads cross-functional, indirect reporting teams, working with team members across the organization to develop and close new business deals.
Rob comes to 大象tv from Fortune 500 retailer, Qurate Retail Group, where he served as president of its HSN brand for the past two years, responsible for driving sales and customer growth, innovation, and team member engagement. In his prior role, as senior vice president of global strategy and business development for QVC and HSN, Rob was responsible for developing the first global strategic roadmap for Qurate with a focus on accelerating and scaling commercial initiatives to reach customers across different devices and technologies, creating seamless experiences across customer touchpoints worldwide. Rob also served as SVP and market leader for QVC UK for nearly five years. Under Rob’s leadership, QVC UK delivered strong viewership and revenue growth in an increasingly competitive television media space, while growing its digital sales. Throughout his 20-year career with Qurate Retail Group, Rob served in a variety of other senior leadership roles, including COO/ SVP of global customer and business services, SVP of strategic planning and analytics, and SVP of customer distribution services.
Rob is a graduate of the College of New Jersey, where he earned a degree in economics. Rob is a father of four and lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and family.
